how do i make quite the overflow noise using The Wall outlet 1076/2

setup 90 out down 90 into cabinate union joint 90 into sump
all hard pipe

There should not be much noise if the recommended flow rate is observed. Usually noise means the flow is too high. It is recommended fro up to 1500l/h or 400gal/h maximum.

i have tried this set up with the tunze 1600/2 pump the one out of kit 16
the niose is air sucked in at the top and bottom of pipe
sounds just like running water

i have put a 90 elbo in the box that seems to make the air niose go away but still noise in the pipe

I know that a corrugated hose will make less noise than a ridgid pipe. You might switch for the hose kit we offer, it is wider and the ridges break up the noise.

It should be wider than 25mm? The outlet of the overflow is 40mm I believe? Restricting this will make it very noisy.

hello
i have now switched to the tunze pipe kit
the pipe noise has reduced is there a way to make the overflow noise free as i still get small amouts of gurggling ,
this is a test run so i can iron out any problems
dose salt water make any difference as its running with tap water .

Try raising the hose so it is not under the water too far in the sump, this will help.
