If anyone was wondering, the aquamaxx hob 1.5 fits in chambers 2 and 4. Its built well and started pulling skim the first day. I went ahead and bought it and i like it alot.

Is that the Aquatic Life Hybrid? Do you like it? I'm adding the 48" version to my 120.

AZ - Bubble Algae is the worst, seems to stay going even with low to zero nutrients. You try a few emerald crabs?

Pnorris11. It is. I love it with my kessil 360. The only annoying thing is that theres two power cords for each ballast on the opposite ends. Its not that bad tho.

Mattim40; what other gear are you running? CPR Fug? what it that other gear right of skimmer? Also like white board to help remind you, great idea.

Pnorris; thought about them but worried about them with my gobies. They can grab and eat small fish,

Havent seen any in a few weeks now.

I added an emerald to help combat a tiny amount of his algae I got from swapping out my light fixture. Got a small emerald to reduce the chances of that happening, still see it grazing the rock. Haven't seen it yet to mess with my gobies

Awesome great to hear, will take another look at them. Thanks

I had some bubble algae for a while. I bought two emerald crabs and they took care of it. I've seen them eating it which is cool. Any crabs can be hit or miss though. I have heard of emeralds misbehaving but they are better than most.

Yup cpr fuge medium on the left side of display tank with chaeto, mangrove, and matrix.

#1 chamber is media holder with filter floss, matrix, and purigen.
#2 chamber media reactor with gfo
#3 chamber ato tunze 3155, heater, stock pump
#4 chamber aquamaxx hob 1.5 (beast)
#5 chamber is another media holder for filtor floss, pump for my phosban 150 chaeto reactor.

Running two mp10s in a gyre formation. Dont think its working right.

Aqualufe hybrid life 24" with kessil 360.

I mainly use the white board to help me remember what if doses because i dont have dosers yet.

Well I'm unable to add HO Skimmer unless I want to drain tank. I put mine to close to wall.

Whats your thoughts on Matrix?

Just got In Tank media chamber to be come Refug, on new IM red light comes in.

Again very nice tank, Your Mushrooms are awesome!

I drained have my tank and scooted the stand forward a few inches. The APS stands are pretty sturdy.

I like matrix and it controlled my nitrates pretty well until i filled my tank with too much stuff.

I did the fuge in the media chamber too but it didnt do enough for my phosphates and nitrates, hence all my extra reactors and the cpr fuge. Dealing with GHA.

Does anyone know what type of anemone this is? It keeps moving around, but just popped up out of no where. Tank is a couple months old.

It may be a bleached green bta. It also resembles a newly formed Ritteri, but I do not know how a Ritteri could grow in the tank out of no where...

Definitely not aptasia or majano. I agree that it looks like an unhealthy bta. The rocks looks like dry rock or very new live rock. Anemones often won't do well in new tanks until they are more established or biology-parameters stabilize.

What's the yellow fish you have?

That's a Lemonpeel Angelfish - they're notoriously bad in reefs but they do better in SPS tanks than softies and LPS. You just have to make sure you're okay with the possibility they could nip at coral if you decide to get one.
