I have that system. We bought the BowFlex adjustable dumbells in his and hers. They are expensive but barely take up any space. I have them with the stands too. I have a free standing pull up bar apparatus, yoga mats and yoga blocks. You can use therapy bands as resistance too.
My wife and I started this program when we met and we were college athletes, still actively competing in triathlons and tennis, but obviously didn't have our college bodies anymore, but we were still fit. We were shocked how difficult it was to get through the routines, so go slow! We both suffered some strains and small things that set us back.
We just had our first baby and are almost done our new gym, so we are looking forward to starting again. This time though, I'm going to only do about 20-30 minutes of each routine to start. Once I can get through all 45+ minutes of each routine, I'll start the full program in earnst.
