I built, painted and put a canopy on my 180 about a year ago. I used rustoleam as a base paint, 3 coats and 2 coats of poly. The paint is starting to chip off the canopy. My fish are fine but my corals are slowly dying. I know I have to repaint the canopy, but the question is could those paint chips in the water be killing my corals. And do you have any suggestions on what paint to repaint my canopy with?
