Pakistan Butterflyfish and Flame Angels

I'm sure this question gets bounced around a lot and most of hate the words on descriptions "With Caution." I have wanted a Pakistan Butterflyfish and a Flame Angel since I can remember, but I also have some expensive ACAN Lords. and other corals. So, instead of asking should I buy them or not, I would rather hear experiences good or bad if some of you don't mind. Thank you.

acacns = candy for most if not all angels. not sure on the butterfly.

My collare eats soft corals and mushrooms. Never tried acans. But I wouldn't do it.

I have had EXCELLENT success with a lot of angels and a couple of butterflies in my SPS tanks. However with Acans or open brain type corals, I would not recommend it.

I really wanted both these fish as well but have some corals I didn't want to chance... so I built a FOWLR next to my reef and now have them both in there.
Most angels aren't reef safe and even fewer butterflies, I always got the short stick when I tried "with caution" fish. Heck, my freaking sailfin was eating my brains. I also say don't try it.

I just got 2 pakistans and I am hopin they will be somewhat reefsafe. I was able to get really small ones and will keep them in QT for about 6 months. I guess my thought is if they go long enough without any coral maybe they wont want to eat it when they see it again. That being said i will also have a regal angel and a goldflake so there are some corals i wont even try for fear of triggering a coral feast.
As far as flame angels i have never had one eat anything. Had one try some zoos and gsp but spit them out and didnt touch anything after.
