Parrotfish?

The picture you are posting is an adult, as juveniles they look considerably different, and very hard to make a positive ID, because many parrotfish look the same as juveniles.

I have never seen an adult parrotfish available...but there are many juveniles available.

Take a look at the Bicolor Parrotfish, as they are the most readily available...they also have very nice coloring as an adult.
 
i see those beautiful parrot fishes all the time, its too bad they have a very poor survivability rate and are better left in the wild in the ocean and in their natural habitat, hope this help's...
 
I see those at my LFS all the time as well. They are very beautiful fish. I have read that they're survivability rate is low, as mentioned above. They also like to pick at live rock with those beaks.
