The tank is doing very well. The rocks have turned brown but I suspect that is from the expected "new-tank" algae bloom.
I have been testing for Ammonia, Nitrites, and Nitrates every evening since 9/6.
On 9/7 and 9/8 the Ammonia tested at 0.50, on 9/11 it was 0.25. Every other day Ammonia has been 0.00.
On 9/7 & 9/8 Nitrite was 0.25, every other test has been 0.00.
Nitrate has been 20 every day.
I did about a 40% water change on 9/7 and have not done another one since. I hear clicking but don't see any critters crawling around. I have not gotten a red lens flashlight yet so I don't know what is wandering around in the dark.
I e-mailed Richard last night with this information and he says I am "doing perfect".
Hopefully, I can get part 2 in about 3 weeks.
