Part for Royal Exclusiv 170 DC Pump

I was performing my cleaning on my 170 w DC pump and noticed that part of the magnet coating had rust and is separating so I'm in search of a new part (the magnet assy). Everything else is good but I'm having difficulties locating anyone who might carry the pumps or parts.

Do you or can you point me to someone?

Hi Ken, unfortunately there was a recall on the DC pumps. If you contact Proline Aquatics at 604-278-1474, they should be able to get you taken care of with it. Finding parts for those pumps is going to be pretty difficult I think.

The recall was not for the 170 (the model I have) though the damaged part is identical to the way my part is damaged.

I just spoke with Proline, your pump is indeed covered in the recall. Kevin said to give him a call at 604-278-1474 and he'll get you all taken care of on it.
