I got a brain frag a few days ago. It's only like 2" and one side of it is turning brown and the tissue is falling off. I'm pretty sure it's just from shipping. It was in a hot truck (in FL) for 10 hours before it got to my house. Yeah UPS sucks. Anyway I was wondering if I should break off the part that is dying or leave it be? I don't want the dying part to spread or anything. I know with sps's RTN you're supposed to frag the healthy part and didn't know if you're supposed to do the same with LPS's. My hermits have been picking at the dead parts. Should I let them keep on cleaning it or will this irritate it too much? I've had the coral for 4 days now and today was the first day I noticed it dying.
