I'll be there but I'll be coming form a pig farm in my waders, is that a problem? :)

Tom

You didn't tell me you were stopping by before the meeting! :eek1:

It is my current plan to attend. However, as someone else said above, 10am on a Saturday sounds pretty rough.

Hey thatguy, remember too that this is about a 45 min drive or so for us from our side. ;)
I just sit back in the car, crank the radio, have my cold dew at my side (my version of coffee), and let 'er roll.

Yup... I am fairly close, and I'm still not 100% sure I'll make it. Kinda depends on what tonight brings.
:bum: :D

Good point...

Fade, I'll be at your house around 11pm tonight. I'll bring my own pillow and blanket. You just need to supply a couch and an alarm clock.

Now I can sleep until 9:45am, sweet!

Yeah, I just checked the map from my place and it is 33 miles and about a 46 minute commute. Maybe I'll just stay up all night or just come there straight from my friends house to ensure that I do not oversleep. :bum:

Bring a bag of marshmallows and some firewood. His neighbors get snippy when you use their fences as a firewood source. ;)

Perfect... And it will be cold enough that we don't even need coolers!

Really awesome and inspirational tank, John! Thanks again to you and your parents for allowing all of us to tramp through. I hope whoever was taking pics will post a bunch of them up soon because they'll be a real treat for those not there. I almost had that goldflake angel once, but he wouldn't fit in my pocket. ;) And don't forget about me with that teal stag once it gets bigger! Thanks again...great seeing everyone who was there! (I even won a coral in the raffle :D )

Pic of the coral I won. Thanks alot Jim, it had its polyps out within about 2 minutes of going into my tank. Pic doesn't do the color justice. It's kind of a light blue.

Thanks to John and his parents for letting us come over and check out the masterpeices! It gave me the "kick in back" to get home and finish setting up my 150g. I worked on it nonstop after getting home for about 5 hours. Thanks again!

Adam

Like I said...inspirational. I moved some of my rock around today myself.

Although, and I am not joking here, I banged my toe while in the "no shoes" zone yesterday and it hurt a bit, but I didn't check it. Later on after getting home, I took off my shoe and sock as that toe was throbbing a little. Big toe on my right foot was all bloody. Need some steel toe socks while over there. ;)

Of my toe? That would be gross! :mixed:

Ooooohhh....of the tank tour. I knew I should have taken my camera. I would've had 'em on here last night. I was really glad I went because John had completely revamped pretty much everything since I had been out there. Looking forward to that thing continuing to grow in with all those corals.

I swear John, I've got more pics of your tank than I do of mine! I'm sure I've got a FTS somewhere, as well as some pics of Gary and Sally's tanks, I've just gotta find them
