Peacock Mantis and missing appendage

Is it possible for a Peacock mantis shrimp to grow back a leg (the one with the rounded knuckle)? Mine has that appendage missing.
 
From what I understand they should be able to grow it back through multiple molts. I think one thing they can't grow back is an eye.
