It depends, those are maricultured bases on them with tags, meaning that these are about to massively flood the hobby since they're being grown by exporters, so they're going to be pretty cheap real soon. It looks like those are already being exported, which means they're going to saturate the market in no time. Pay whatever you want for it now, they'll be $20 a frag in 6-8 months.

That's not even close to what I said. If you see rainbow chalice or acan colonies, especially several in one picture, on maricultured coral plugs with tags, then that means a facility in either Bali or Indonesia is mariculturing them on a large scale and you'll see $20 frags within a year.
