the penductor is a brand name (penguin eductor) you may get a better search using eductor. use this link http://www.filterpump.com/binn/products.taf?function=series_detail&series_id=105 im sur you could coax one out of basic pvc fittings

eductors are to make. I have seen a lot of DIY attempts, even some claiming to work... but none of them will come close to an engineered design. They are cheap enough to buy and not worth messing with.

how about a low pressure eductor?

OK where can I buy the eductors. I am running a iwaki 40rxt with about 3ft head pressure, will they help my flow, I don't need to add alot of flow just a better pattern.
