I just use what they call a "Critter Container" It's a clear plastic container with a snap on top that's vented and has a door that opens. LFS will sometimes put morays or delicate shrimp in them to share a holding area without eating or being eaten by other tankmates.
Can get them basically at any chain petstore like PetSmart etc. Generally in the reptile / amphibian section. I've also made my own out of eggcrate and zip ties but for the $5 bucks it costs to buy them, it's really not worth my 1/2 hour to build. My billable rate is over $10 an hour.
