Peppermint shrimp breeding..

Well I think I have female peppermint shrimp full of eggs on the underside of her tail. Starting to read up on them and may even try to grow them out if I can catch them in time. Has anyone tried to breed and raise these shrimp. If so I would love to get some tips.

breeding any Lysmata is a lot easier than raising them- all you need is two shrimp! More info:

Yeah, I saw his setup when he was tinkering with it. He said it's completely possible, but it's a ton of work for the couple that make it through.

FWIW I have four of these shrimps producing zooplankton in my aquarium. They are "swingers" (hermaphrodites).
