I got two True Percs two days ago and they are still in the same spot breathing very very fast. They done move unless i wave my finger in front of the tank.

The breating is very rapid and I am afraid I am going to lose them.

I don't have any test kits so I dont know my parameters, but I have a 125 gallon with ASM protein skimmer and pretty solid water flow in the tank. temp is currently 79 degrees.

Other fish in the tank are blue tang, yellow tang, coral beauty, bi color blenny.

could be just stress since they are the smallest fish in your tank.

You can also float them in a basket for the time being so no fish can bother them.

Don't have a test kit?

How do you set up your water?

It could be the salinity. Get a refractometer and all the necessary test kits asap.

How did you acclimate the fish?

Take a sample of water to the fish store and get the following tests done stat. Any one of them being far off could cause the distress of your clowns:
Salinity - might need to raise or lower.
Ammonia - Deadly toxic, might need something like amquel to relieve the fish stress
Nitrites - Somewhat toxic, might need to change some water.
Nitrates - Not as toxic, but extremely high levels are still harmful.
Alkalinity - Might need to add a buffer
Ph - too low or high is always a bad thing.

I'd hate to see you lose such pretty and interesting fish. Let us know what you find out!
