Percula or Oscellaris?

I recently purchased a single "Oscellaris" for my small reef tank. I know I should've gotten two but I didn't think it through. I'm now questioning if it's really a perc? I'll post a pic and maybe somebody can help me truly identify this litte guy. Thank you!

Ocellaris. I get the confusion because eyes are not as dark as usual but many tank raised Ocellaris clowns have that feature.

Did you just set this tank up? Cloudy water, looks like sand was just put in.

Looks like an occilaris.

The tank does look new. Is the clown mouth always open like that? Watch out for signs of labored breathing.
