Pest

Looks like I got a pest eating my corals, so far I have lost a wall hammer a torch and some acans. I see white little eggs everywhere, someone stated that I might have a Nudibranch pest, he stated that I needed a Wrasse, if this sounds correct what kind of wrasse should I get?
The tank has sand and it is a IM Lagoon 25. Thanks in advance

Seems like a small tank. Dipping everything would be my first line of defense, natural takes way too long.

Use melafix, you should be able to get it at you LFS. Dip for 5 minutes, no longer, rinse in saltwater and repeat every week until they are gone. I believe it's 10mL per liter of water.

^ do they actually eat them? I always thought they just kinda infested them blocking light and just bothering the corals, eventually they would shrink and die.

I had no clue they actually ate them, that's nuts!

You may be thinking of acoel flatworms or red planaria.

Polyclads will get big and eat lots of stuff. Coral, inverts, clams

Curious if you find anything after dipping the infected pieces.

sorry to hear about this.

I had my magic carpet shroom shrinking quickly. Noticed a flatworm on glass, so I dosed flat worm exit. Within 10 minutes they were coming out from under the shroom in masses, and eventually dying off. Hoping to save one of the two shrooms. Time will tell.

I bought some Coral Pro Rx I used 30 drops in a bucket with 1 gallon of SW I ran it for 10 minutes with a power head, some stuff came off but not much really, the coral seems to be losing more. I have lost a hammer and a torch, war coral. Funny they go one at a time.

The coral is still receding, how bout using a iodine dip, would that work?

I might try an iodine dip on your worst coral.

Place it in a bucket directly in the sun for a little while (wouldn't say any more than 30-45 mins) and observe.

A few times i've had receding coral or chopped up anemones with success.

Reefers4U prior to your recommendation I did a Iodine coral dip and I used to much iodine. Funny I watched a You tube video on it and I barely used any and it was too much, so it does not look to good, hopefully will recover. Note to self keep Dip in stock for the unplanned coral purchase.
