Yeah they always have nice fish. They can get in quite a few ORA fish as in Platinums, Picasso's and so on. I got to look at there list that they can order from and was asked if there was anything that I wanted. I stop by there at least once a week.

Seriously, I love that place. I normally make it by at least once a week myself. Everything I've bought there has done great.

Now their prices on everything else in the store, that's another story. :thumbdown:

Just curious... I'm going to be moving to the area hopefully around the 15th-20th, and am not too familiar yet with locations in the OKC Area. Where is this located? I'm going to be in Edmond and went to that store, but it was late and their wasn't anyone in the fish section, so I couldn't really give it a rating well. They fish did look a lot better then the LFS in Owasso... I did definately notice that.

The edmond petco is not as nice as the nw expressway one in terms of SW. Even the employees will admit that.

Evi1Monkey, If you are in Edmond, Go by Aquariums on Kelly just south of 15th. Leigh Anne and Tyler are very knowledgeable and honest. Won't push you to buy stuff you don't need and they quarantine their fish for a week to make sure they are healthy before you buy them. Not to mention they will also special order fish for you. I had LeighAnne order a Harlequin tusk for me. She had him for a week and he would not eat, so she ordered another one for me, this one committed suicide by jumping out, so she ordered me a third. Never once did she complain, and the cost was about $50 less than I could buy it online! Great local fish store!! And Tyler has some nice Corals!!

try looking in nw oklahoma city. I live at 49th and western and there are tons of houses for rent in this area. Its a nice area and right off of Broadway extension so its easy commute downtown or to edmond. You will be hard pressed to find anything Edmond not expensive.

I have found incredible deals at petco fish and dry goods! I work less than a mile away so I stop in all the time.
