Are you still considering adding a second bucket of media? That will increase the dkh and the PH of the effluent some.
Losing only half a dkh over two days is nearly dialed in though. Great stuff!

If you are having a alkalinity problem, why don't you add a little more media to the chamber instead of running the PH really low?
