No problem at all. If you have any questions on the parts, just post it here and I'll make sure to get you on the right track.

Yep those are it!! Agent contacted but lmk if I can pick up from you, sanh or Toan. Word on the street is that corals Jimmy handles are cursed. Lol :D

JVT!!! IT'S NOT REAL. ok... if you really believe in it, then you would know that it can't be transferred by you going to his house. That's how Toan/Sanh and I have been getting around JVT. You can take anything from him or be in his home. Just don't allow him to stare at your setup/coral at your home (too late for you here). Hope that helps. PM me with you cell if you are still scared :hmm2:

I've been getting a couple of PMs about my Cheap China Box lights, so I figure I would add my responses here instead. The lights are the cheapest ones I found on Ebay, "Mar's Aqua".

The lights don't have any intensity levels marked, just a knob you can turn. For me, since these things are so cheaply made, I won't even trust those levels. eg. Turning the knob halfway doesn't mean intensity is 50 percent. What I do instead is start at where I think 30% is and mark it with a masking tape. Depending on my coral's response after 2 weeks, I go up or down 10%. I don't own or really subscribe to the idea of using a PAR meter. I'm sure they work, but I just haven't found a need for them.

The light was also modded. I removed all the lenses from the unit which changes each diodes' focus from 90 degrees to 120 degrees. I felt this helped with shadowing and gave me a much more defused look. I also removed 2 green diodes and 2 red diodes and soldered on 4 UV diodes as replacements. You can see the UV diodes as the pinpoints shown below.

I hate the two green leds on my mars aqua as well. Mine is the 300w though. I might have to try switching them out as well

That is a tried and true method of skimmerless nano setups. I have fallowed successful skimmerless with weekly mini WC systems for decades.

Decades? Wow. As stated in the original post, I didn't come up with any of this. The credit goes to Watchguy123 :)

props on your stand. it looks legit!

Thanks! It only took 3 hours of design and ordering parts and 30 mins to put together.

Some photo updates:

A classic Pearlberry. I bought the original colony from ORA and still have the rubber frag plug that came with it. A top 5 for me.

PGA's HeartBreaker. I am very happy to see more growth tips. The frag I transplanted in my display recently STN due to alk issues. Let's hope this keeps groing.

Enough with the SPS, time to show a rare toadstool! I've had this toadstool for quite some time. Jamie and I went half on it and purchased it from ReefRaft Norcal for a price that is too much for anyone to spend on a toadstool. The owner Matt told me it's a "japanese toadstool", but I have never seen one like this before. It has a SOLID neon green base, with matching tentacles. The tips are never opened for as long as I've had it and instead resembles a white dot. A lot of people that come by to look at my tank mistaken it for a Torch Coral!! They usually think it's one of those Aussie neon green torches with the white tips.
