PGS reflector and reeflux bulb GB

Hey tong,

From what I have read, the pros and cons of DE L3 and SE L3 is the same as any other DE vs SE.
The DE L3 is supposed to give a better even spread of light than other DE pendants. I'm using the PFO pendants and I get a very hot spot in the middle and it gets weaker as it goes out. I would assume its similar with the RO IIIs.

I have the same tank dimensions and I'm getting the normal HQI pendants. I think the mini's are black pendants designed to be used without a canopy.

Are you sure these pendant will fit into your canopy?? They are quite big. I know you have actinic also. Double check the dimension before you buy.
 
Thanks Jedi for the info. Good point Phong, and I will measure the dimensions after I get back home. I think my wallet will thank me for it.
 
hehehe.. at least only your wallet hates you. I dropped $300 on a RO/DI unit. Wait until my wife find out, she's not only hating me but will kill me :lol: ..
