Ph probe OFF after adding a new EB8

I added a second EB8 module to my apex system yesterday evening. Ever since then my pH values have been low (pH was 8.3 then suddenly dropped to 7.9 after adding the EB8). Is there a connection here? Thanks!

What do you have running on that second EB8?

I'm not running anything yet.

Called Neptune yesterday. That said it is "very unlikely" that the EB* could be electrically interfering with the pH probe.

Unlikely is not the same as impossible. Try unplugging the EB8 and see if the probe readings return to normal. Add it back. If you can get a repeatable response, contact Neptune again and have them telnet into the controller and then demonstrate the issue.
