I would definitely do something with those lockline fittings! basically there unnecessary and extremely ugly. there huge, and smack dab in the middle of your view. were only talking 11 gallons of water minus rock you could have pleny of flow off a koralia nano.
also you seem to have 2 diffrent styles going, you have an old school looking ( mission style or something?) stand with modern brushed metal handles. also a very modern tank and light. it seems to be clashing VERY hard.
I've been reefing for a while please take my advise, there are much better ways to move water in a tank that small then huge lokline fittings. a simple u tube return that goes over the back rim of the tank for instance would look much better and be less plumbing to worry about leaking.
