Quick story: My phospate is at 0.5 ppm sigh (made me want to destroy my life i know lol) didn't clean filter media for 2-3 weeks.

Anyways, using 250ml phosguard in a mesh/media bag

Where the hell am I supposed to place the bag?
The pvc that drains water back to the sump is 2inches above the filter media/water level. Let it sit directly below the pvc? Use a filter sock and place phosguard bag in it? Let it sit on second baffle or somewhere the sump?

Also : Replaced the filter floss/polyfilter and rinsed the carbon(bagged) , will it be okay to add the phosguard in one go?

I have a external overflow so this method works fine for me. If your overflow drains straight downward to your sump, not sure if this method is for you.

But what if my left-hand corner overflow is deep as the tank, place the bag in the bottom?

Some people use a simple HOB filter and put the bag in there. You'll get some flow through it and hopefully you have room for it on your sump.

I put it in a reactor I mix it with matrix carbon
My phosphates were at 1.5 last night. I added 1 liter of phosguard and 1 liter of matrix to my 500 gallon system. 12 hours later my phosphate is 0.7

I find phosguard is great for sps where the rowa phos can cause the corals to STN
