nem looks a tad bleached. if it starts looking bad, i would isolate it from the clowns as it might not be ready to host.
IMO it does look like it is a lighter color then what it should be. Its not completely bleached obviously like EZ said, but it is a little bit, sometimes you don't see the spots for transparency, that hot pink color on a whole is a usual sign of it being bleached. I would feed it regularly, keep an eye on the clowns, they may stress it out even worse, but with apt conditions regular feedings, it should get a nice deeper color then what it is now. I personally think that hot pink on that one is not normal, and as the health increases you should see it deepen in color and lose that tad bit of transparent look.Originally posted by nsxnr6
Hey EZcompany, can you elaborate on why you think it's a tad bleached? The reason i asked is because a friend and purchased similar anemone's from two different sources, and we paid quite a bit more for the bright florescent pink coloring. Typically in a bleach anemone, one would see a lighter color than usual with spots for transparency in the tentacles. But when we examined the two we purchased, we did not see the signs indicative of a bleached anemone. Thanks in advance for your response.

Are those from ORA? How long did you have them for them to turn dark bands?
