nice simple and clean aquascape
Thanks. I like it open, it allows more room for the fish to swim. It will still look good hopefully once the corals grow in.
wow nice tank, it will be nice soon
I sure hope so
i think you need more flow
You mean 35,000 gallons/hr isn't enough?
What type of cycle do you have the vortechs running on?
I typically have the vortechs running on Nutrient Transport Mode, except when I am feeding or servicing the tank. I recently purchased a WXM module, but I haven't hooked it up yet.
nice regal.love those guys
The Regal Angelfish is my favorite fish in the world hands-down. Wouldn't trade it for anything.
Nice Regal... How long have you had him/her? What all does yours eat?
Hi, I've had the male Regal for about 1.5 months now. He is eating PE Mysis, Hikari mysis, Rods food, Roggers food, frozen brine, Frozen Formula One, Frozen Formula Two, and Angel Formula. The very first thing it ever ate was frozen PE Mysis, and shortly after that, Frozen Formula Two. The formula brand by Ocean Nutrition (although not very popular) is this guys favorite food. I thank it may have something to do with the gel binder used in the cubes. I see you have a Regal in your avatar, is that yours? If so, how long have you had it, and is it eating? You can tell the males from the females by the length of the spine on the lower part of the gill. If it's long, it's a male. If it's short, it's a female.
It looks like a long list when it's written down, but most of the fish are very small. I'm still looking to get a pair of McKoskers Flasher Wrasses, 3 more chromis, 2 more dispar anthias, and maybe a couple more small gobies.
