I spent most of last week in Cozumel on my first scuba trip. We made 4 dives, and saw everything I had hoped to see and plenty I never expected to. I was able to ID about 55 fish species while diving (plus others I didn't know), and another 40 or so corals and inverts. For those who've been to the island, we did Palancar Gardens, Palancar Horseshoe, Pase Centro del Cedral, and Mujer Francesa.

Wow, great pics! Man, that's a huge worm LOL. That would freak me out. I had a friend do a night dive off Maui & he saw 6 foot worms!

Thanks :) And yeah, that fireworm was large indeed. I'd guess it was 8-10" long. If I had seen a 6' worm, I'm pretty sure I would have gotten back on the boat... lol

Those are some great dive sites. They are on the top of my list when I head to Cozumel. I also like Palancar Caves as this has a lot of great swim throughs. I really like the sunset shot, they do have great sunsets on Cozumel.
