Hey guys, thanks for everyone that helped me in my design and implementation of my closedloop and overflow project. I posted this in the DIY as well.

Fish2reef, Thanks for heads up. Luckily the intake is accessible. I know its hard to see, but the piece of rock in the center is sort of like a 1/2 arch that is balanced on the intake and 2 rocks on the side. Its easy to take apart to toothbrush when needed.
 
P.S.
Here is a pic before.. I like the aquascaping better here, but am glad that all of the power heads and such are gone..

Thanks Jess, nope, I am going to keep them. You never know when you could use one of those things.
