here's a couple of pics for you of the new guy.
There's a picture of a AA battery to use as a reference for size.

OMG he's sooo cute! :inlove:

I can't beleive how small he is. What kinda octo? Where did you perchase him? How large is your tank?

I just can't get over his littleness :D

no one can confirm it thus far, but it appears to be the bimac I was looking for. He's got the spot and what not but I can't get him to sit still long enough while in view in order to really see him. The tank he's in is actually 7 gallons, he'd get lost in anything bigger, but he'll be moving on in to something bigger as soon as I can work something out to get this tank going for him.

very cool, i just bought 3 babie bimacs the same size, they were captive raised from a dude in new hampshire. Very cool little creatures, i just aclimated them last night. Good luck with him/her.

That macro is something like caulerpa mexicana, but I'm not for certain on that. The stuff grows like crazy and is actually the stuff which is now banned in CA I think. I might be wrong on the name of it. It might be the taxafolia or something like that as well. You are welcome to use that picture and ask in the caulerpa forum. :)
