Picture Appeal ....please

Hello everyone,

I'd like to make an appeal please for photographs to be used on a website I'm developing.

I've been in touch with a few of my mentors on here, and they know who they are (sorry it's taking soo long, i may need your help again soon ;) ), but this project is just a few pages i want to know together on clowns and their anemones. Kind of a site I can point people to when I ramble on about the things I do on some fora over the pond in the UK. Hopefully it may be helpful to others too.

But, I need your help with pictures.... I'll list what I'm missing so far at this early stage, but any pictures of any clown or anemone would be a great help - the more the merrier. Colours and patterns vary in each species so it's best to have a few to illustrate.

All i ask is that you have the copyright to the picture, and you are happy for me to use it on the web. Full credit is given to each picture (so please tell me what name you would like to be credited under).

Either please post a hyperlink to the picture, or send a PM containing, or I can supply an email address (via PM)

Ok, so enough rambling, the list, and many thanks in advance:

Clowns
  • Akallopisos
  • Akyndos
  • Chagosensis (yeah i know)
  • Chrysopterus
  • Fuscocaudatus
  • Latifaciatus
  • Omanensis
  • Robrocinctus
  • Sebae
  • Thiellei
  • Tricinctus

Anemones NB - Bleached and unbleached specimens for comparison would be great
  • H Aurora
  • H Crispa
  • H Malu
  • S Mertensii

Thanks again all

You know you're an angel :)

That was an awsome trip. The size of everything blew me away. That huge merten's in the first day of diving was the size of my kitchen table. Many anemones were not where you would expect too- Right in the middle of sps fields, Magnificas down 60 feet deep at low tide, BTAs on a bolder in rough, sandy surf just a few feet from shore, some magnificas in compleetly protected, almost no flow areas.

Hey Mike,

If you see anything in my gallery (here and elsewhere on other forums) you would like to use, just let me know....

I don't know how to do the hyperlink, but feel free to use anything in my gallery.
I'll update gallery soon as well, as I have a ton of newer shots on my photobucket acct.

Got permission for Chagosensis pic now too.

At home this weekend, so with a bit of luck I can at least get all your kind donations of pics up, if not the accompanying words!

Thanks again to everyone so far - i will keep pestering y'all on this thread though :)
