Pictures from a 225 gallon

I live in France and I find your aquarium sublime, I have some questions to pose to you, I would like to know if you add trace elements for your corals, then I see three pipes which descent on the technical part has what serves the third?

Then a small criticism if I can allow it is your technical part, it is the provisional one or the final one, because that surprises, considering the rigor of your aquarium.

The left pipe is the return from sump. The middle a durso standpipe. The one to the right has an intake an inch higher than the durso, so if the durso gets clogged the right one will prevent the tank from overflowing.

I add Kent strontium, Sallifert Coralline Aminoacids and Tropic Marine Pro-Coral elements A- and k+.

The sump is far from finnished. Its a total mess. lol :)
 
Yes, its a Zebrasoma Gemmatum. Its not as expansive here in Europe. No way im paying over 3000$ for a fish :)

I had to take out the clown trigger. Model citizen for a week, then he started eating serpent stars and taking bites of acropora.

Perfect, and so is the timing for me. I just started filling my 225 today. Almost identical plan, room divider, tunze at the overflow end, 3x 250w +(4) T5. Your aquascaping is right where I wanted to go. I think you just answered my bulb tempature questions.
Great photography also.

I'm assuming you keep the angels fed well enough not to nip on corals?

The snails...umm reefporn? :P

Absolutely amazing tank. You have to have been doing this for a very long time.

Do the Tunzes provide enough flow for the entire tank?

Can you get us good deals on the tang?:D

Make sure in the winter up there you have a spare heater;)
 
The pictures have been taken with a Nikon D70 with a 18-70mm lens. I feed small amounts of different food atleast four times a day. That seems to keep the angels happy and away from the corals. They do touch the corals occasionally. When it comes to flow at the end I would like it to be stronger, but it works out fine the way it is now.

I really love your choice of fishes, the color and shape set is sooooo beautiful!! Love the potteri, the trimaculatus... whaou!! You have to set yourself a website with a big photo gallery!!! pleeeeaaasseee???

It was a shame it didnt work out with the clown trigger. Theres actually a few reefers here in Norway that has been keeping it in a reef tank for quite some time. As with other fish theres probably individual differences.

PS are you using a preset tool to create your website? Because you have exactly the same design than another site I know, so I wonder if there's a kind of "prefabricated" website designs to download somewhere?
