Just for the record, some before and after pics. The first one was taken a few months ago right after I removed the sandbed. I had to rearrange the rockwork to put the starboard in....

President Bomber :D,
What are your rocks elevated on? Are those small rock pieces under the larger LR acting as legs?

I am "cooking" at the moment, 53 days before going BB.

Thanks,
BigHaig

That they do! LOL

Here's a old picture showing just the rocks. They are arranged to be up on rock points.

Oh, you're in Japan. Liters to cubic inches etc... 12" to a foot... we're all messed up over here. :) 231 cubic inches to a gallon. Come to think of it, how big is bomber's tank? I thought it was 10', but now that I calculated it, its hard to see how that's a 450...

Bomber,

What material is this that you are using for your overflows? I have a tank that I need to put something around my overflows to prevent fish from entering them.

Thanks,
Jay

350 gallon tank and 100 gallon sump. Total 450 gallons.

Jay, it's called "gutter guard". You put it on the gutters around your house to keep leaves out. You can probably get it at any hardware store.
I just cut it to fit and put the pieces together with pull ties.

Mine is 72x30x34 = 340g with a 150g sump that actually will contain 110g water.

So if Bomber's tank is 10' - 10x2x2 would make it 300g? I'm sure the info is out there somewhere.
