Thanks Fiziksgeek I was born and rised in CT moved to Arizona 3 years ago. My tank is 300gal Lee Mar glass tank it has 4 250 watt HQI Giesemann nova 2 pendants a 50 gal refuguim 20gal holding tank for RO top off.Two Tunze 6100 streams with a 7095 muiltcontroller,36 watt UV asm g3 skimmer 1/3 hp chiller,Tunze osmolator,2 little giant md4 pumps. It has been running for two years now. I also keep 30 fish and 16 Clams.

Sweet!! How many circuits did you bring in for this? Just wondering because I'm thinking of going to a setup simular to yours. Any other details would be great and more pics! Like the lighting and equipment under the stand. Also stand specs also.

Very pretty, I am a clam lover! That Gigas and Squamosa are absolutely stunning. Are you using a calcium reactor or kalk reactor by chance? I can't imagine that your clams and SPS could stay steady without one of those devices in such a large tank??

Is your tank around 30in tall, and are you happy with the 250W MH's? I'd like to have clams and SPS like you, but am in limbo as far as 250's or 400's.

WOW !!!!! Your tanks is amazing !!!! I just purchased a 220 gal system from a local Fish store here in Arizona. Aquarium Arts. They are by far the best around for Saltwater fish and Corals. Love your tank....

Do you feel the 36 w UV is effective for water quality and parasite control? I'm debating adding UV to my 210 but was thinking of going larger, around 50 w. Alot of people argue that there useless but I think alot of them are under sized.
