I USUALLY FEED IT MYSIS DIRECTLY ABOUT EVERY THREE DAYS, HOWEVER, IT CATCHES FLAKE, ROTIFERS, AND CYCLOPS WHEN IM FEEDING THE REST OF MY TANK.

Looks like a flower anenome, they stay small and have the wild colors with tentacles around the outer rim

I disagree.
It looks like Stichodactyla tapetum to me. Here's a couple morphs with different colors

Here is an old TOTM in 2006, scroll about 1/2 way down and there are a few more pictures and some more information, on these mini anenomes, your right its not a common flower/rock anenome

Agreed - I've got one of these. Different combination of colors, but the same anemone. Very easy-going in my experience.
