Pigmy Seahorses And Ghost Pipefish

Hello there,
I'm new to the website, but I already spent so many hours on it!
Anyways,
To all the seahorse, pipefish and their relatives lovers:
Are dwarf seahorses and pygmy seahorses the same? And where can I buy online (or in the Phoenix area) ghost pipefish, and pygmy seahorse (like the ones on this pageL: http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=pygmy+seahorse&um=1&ie=UTF-8)?

Pygmies and dwarfs are not the same. Pygmies (H. barbiganti) have a symbiotic relationship with the gorgs on which they live. They are not available to the hobby and hopefully never will be. There is so little known about that species that they are better left in the oceans.

Ghost pipefish are available from time to time but they haven't been kept successfully in an aquarium either professional or hobbiest. They also are better left in the ocean. So little is known about them that they are next to impossible to keep.
