Pin point meter problem

I just bought a Pin point PH meter from marine depot and it worked ok last night but today the readings were jumping all over the place in my main tank?

It works fine on FW and water from my QT tank, it even works with water out of my main tank in a bowl just not anywhere in my main tank sump or display.

What could be wrong?

Thank you for your post, I am not exactly sure what could be causing that problem with your monitor. I have heard that sometimes the frequency interference from aquarium lighting will affect the readings. I suggest that you call American Marine at 914-763-5367
