pink skunk clowns

I recently aquired two Pink skunk clowns one male,one female both very healthy. My question is what,how much,and how often to feed them. The LFS said frozen mysis a few times a day. Does this sound sufficient or do they other supplements? Thanks for any help.

I feed my fish once a day. I enrich frozen with Zoe, or Zoecon. Generally however much they'll eat right away, 5-10 minutes.

I just feed once a day, but vary the diet.
Flake one day, then mysis/cyclopsese mix next.

I feed once a day, and sometimes soak in selcon. I alternate Rods food and flake food.

new scedule is rods food or cyclopeze twice a day and the fish are all eating happilly
