Pink tip plate reciding - will she survive?

I have been keeping this pink tip plate since May this year. She was very happy and healthy until last 2 weeks I notice the base of the plate begins to recede (picture). Other corals in my tank are quite happy.

I suspect a sand anemone touched it and caused her this way, is it possible?

Question: How do I save her from dying?
