Pink tube anemone acting abnormal

The last 2 days she's been shrinking and not opened up like she used to. :sad1:

I notice there's something looks like a filter fan worm sticking out from the tube so i dont know if that's the problem. I've been feeding her once a day so food is definitely not an issue. If the worm is the actual cause then am I SOL?

How long have you had it? Also have you checked water parameters? Does it open up more at night? I only feed mine a couple times a week. I don't know if everyday is needed. Also I have mine in a bit of pvc pipe to help protect them.
