Pistol/goby pair w/a Jawfish?

Would the goby bother a jawfish? It'll be a 29g 30"x12" base. I'm nervous about the pistol shrimp and don't want him taking out a jawfish. What do you guys/gals think about this compatibility?

i had both in a 175g one lived in the middle of the tank and the pair about 12 inches away but im not really sure

a 175 is a lot different than a 29tall. I think it depends on the goby/shrimp, and the jawhead. tough call.

I think I'll skip the jawfish. I've read that they can be hard to acclimate to a new tank w/lots of activity. The tank is only 4 inches off the floor in the living room and we have 3 kids 2 dogs and 1 cat. Probably too busy for skittish fish.

goby and jawfish i dont think would like sharing the bottom of the tank together...what type of pistal? i have two tiger pistals paired with a watchmen and a high fin goby ...the pistals dont seem like they can even see and never venture far from their goby hole.

I have a 12 gallon nano cube. I have a jawfish in with a firefish goby and hi banded goby. The jaw fish is alway s looking for me to come in the room to feed him. The gobies and jaw fish all hang out on the same side of the nano while the pisotl stays on the opposite side. So far so good. I love my jawfish!:rollface:
