Pix & ID: Critters that come in your rocks: the good and the bad.

I thought this was a zoanthid until it started to move.

Sorry for the fuzzy pic my camera is not the best at close ups.
I have not seen it before. Does it eat zoas?

That guy is very bad. Monti, Zoa eating something or another

They are too small and i can't really tke a proper picture of them, the best way i can describe it's small white wiggly worms floating arround in the current

any idea what can it be?

Hi all,

I was just adding a bit of food to my tank a few minutes ago. While standing there I saw an odd, flat bell shaped critter zoom across the tank from front to back. It probably measures about an eighth of an inch long, a bit less in width. When it landed at disappeared in some of the coralline algae.

Sorry no pictures of this guy. Hoping someone around here might think of something from my vague description.

Okay. In regards to my post above, I just found this critter again, it's photo below. An isopod of some sort? It looks to be carrying eggs. Please lie and tell me that it's harmless. It seems to be eating the biofilm on the glass.

It is perfectly normal and a good item.

It keeps the junk down in the tank too. Cleans out crevasse..

My guess would be polychaete epitokes. (harmless)

i have spotted about 3 of these around my tank while looking for my astrea snail and just wondering what the consensus is....im leaning towards a feather duster or something along those lines but i could be wrong. im looking at the hard white tube with the clear tentacles sticking out. the second i get near it, it retracts crazy fast
