Thinking it may be a flatworm. The way it literally flew across the tank was crazy. I thought they only slowly crawled.

I just set up my tank 2 days ago and had a few hitchhikers, 3 mini hermits, 3 astrina stars sp?
I also have a few of these little rosy colored things on my rock. Do I need to get rid of and what are they?

Pretty blurry. Could be foraminiferons, harmless.

Thanks magnolia. I just got home and found a bunch more. Have to post picks later. I think they are sponges and there is a white "blanket" of small circles that look to have a furry surface

1st I a limpet, it's fine. 2nd is some kind of nudibranch, sorry, no idea what kind or how safe it is. You can look on seaslugforum.org (or .net, I forget which).

Its a button eating nudibranche.
In this size they are adult, and then there will probably also be some smaller ones and maybe some eggs too.
Observe your buttons closely everyday and remove them.

Just found a second aiptasia on this zoanthid colony. Wish me luck getting rid of them. They're very small. Will be using Aiptasia-X.
