Pix & ID: Critters that come in your rocks: the good and the bad.

Found this a few weeks ago and have been watching it. It's growing at a decent rate so I want to know what it is. Started growing under rock in the corner of the tank in high flow. White base with long tentacle/branches reaching up into light and flow.

Leave it or remove?

Asterina...there are like 28 varieties. Some are said to eat corals but idk. I have had one and all it does is eat glass algae. It is in the starfish family.

This hitchhiker came out from hiding on my live rock. Does anyone know what it is and is it harmful?

The first one looks like a pineapple sponge, harmless.

I'm less sure of the second. It sure looks like a sponge, but I can't say 100% for sure.

Came home from a 4 day Eclipse trip and noticed a few new things on a piece of LR...

I think the blue arrow points to some more tunicates, but I'm not 100% sure.

I have no clue what the things are the red arrow is pointing too, but there are a bunch of them as you can see.

This feather duster went unnoticed for a long time, but seems to have grown quite a bit while we were gone.

I think the things the red arrows are point to in this photo might be sponges, but can anyone ID them as something else?

Found this scurrying around my new Maxima clam. Very fast moving critter. Had to blow them off the shell and suck them up with a dropper. There were 4 that I could find. Are these bad, or are they common amphipods that can be put into the refugium?

I'm concerned because I can't dip the clam and I'm not positive that I got all of them off the shell.
