I've seen this thing a couple times now. It's about a half inch long with curly frond-like appendages on the length of its body. This is a super macro photo. What is it and is it reef-safe? Thanks.

It's a harmless species of polychaete worm in the genus Amblosyllis. That body shape is very distinctive.
Can anyone id these? First time I noticed them is this morning and I'm on my way to work right now so couldn't read through all this.

Being a compete newbie, are those good, bad, or indifferent? Should I try and get rid of them? There were about 6 on the glass.
