I'd not try the Phytoplankton, unless the scallop is a bigger one. I tried to target feed mine, and it rejected it all, even after chopping it following dehydrating them. Mine seems to be doing well on the marine granules, and the brine shrimp and algae cubes I feed the tank to feed my cardinal fish. It's been over 4 months, and all's well with it.They came with the rock. They were freebies. The only thing I ordered was the rock and the clean up crew They also threw in a crab (picture attached). The scallop has been hiding in the rocks. He's probably in his third spot now. I have been feeding the tank Kent Microvert every other day. And I am also going to be feeding Seachem Phytoplankton twice a week.
