Places to collect/explore

Hey all,
Just looking for any areas you know of on the coast that are good for exploring or collecting CUC. Just looking to get out one day this summer and poke around and maybe pick up some CUC for my tank. I'm in Orlando and would be looking at coming out for the day, might drag one of my kids along for the fun.

The Skyway causeway north side (St.Pete side) has always been a great place to find and explore. hermit,snails,pipefish,blennys.gobies shrimp. all there in the grass patches.Bring a small holed net on a pole and push in front of you for 10-20 feet and you'll have a bunch to choose from in no time. You'll need a FL saltwater fishing license to collect specimens. You can fish there too. And you'll get bait shrimp in the net while your at it.

Good to know, thanks. Yeah was aware of the license requirement. Hell half the time I just like to see what critters I can find, guess its the kid explorer still in me ha
