places to stay outside of boston

Hello Fellow Reefers,
I'm from NY and I'm looking to stay in or near Boston. I'm taking my son to the Boston/Yankee game (and be nice were actually a big Redsox fans, we deal with a lot here for that) Gotta love a 12 year old whose favorite playing is Ted Williams. now I was looking to stay in maybe Dedham or Burlington I was just wondering if they were nice towns to stay in. If not any suggestions will be appreciated.

anything along 93 will get you into boston quickly and be cheaper than staying in Boston . Burlington would work as well, as it is near the 95/93 cross. Woburn, arlington, medford, stoneham, wakefield etc would be other choices along 93. Lower than the city would be possible too. anywhere else you want to see/go while there? Dedham is farther compared to burlington or some other places.
