Does anyone in Memphis culture phytoplankton and or rotifers/copeopods. If so would you sell a starter culture?

I find it hard to believe no one in this town has a culture. So next month I will be placing an order through seahorse source. If anyone is interested in tagging along to minimize shipping let me know. I believe all there live feeds come from algagen so they should be good quality .
