10 zots in a biocube should be OK in terms of bioload. however, most of the "plug n play" systems run about 5*F too high for SH. also, you may have to mod or aim the flow strategically, especially for zots (they're pretty lazy and remain hitched most of the time waiting for food to swim by).
as for live macro, it's a great idea, but you need to be careful as the live food you feed to the SH often triggers a hydroid bloom, which can kill zots pretty easily. peeps are doing FW dips, and sometimes dipping the macro in other baths as well prior to using them in a zot setup.
